• 5 Sales Managers
  The incumbent will be responsible for increasing sales and provide guidance with case analysis and case closings.
  Applicant must have a vehicle
  
  Primary Responsibilities:
  -Promote Energy Price Protection and Conservation products
  -Provide input in the selection process of new WMS Associates
  -Conduct general meeting
  -Provide coaching and training to WMS Associates
  -Provide assistance to WMS Associates in closing a deal
  -Lead crew of WMS Associates
  
  Qualifications:
  -1-3 years experience in direct sales management within the energy retail industry or related field
  -Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities via prospecting and cold calling
  -Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  -Self-directed and results oriented
  -University degree or equivalent
